Magdalonie Paris-Campbell

Vice President of Client Management

Magdalonie Paris-Campbell brings over 25 years of experience in politics, public policy, and community engagement to her role as Vice President of Client Management at Moxie. A seasoned strategist and coalition builder, Magda has shaped campaigns, corporate initiatives, and grassroots movements across sectors - always with a focus on equity, access, and real-world impact.

Her career began in the New York State Senate and evolved into leadership roles with national campaigns and corporate affairs. She served as Long Island Regional Director for U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, led outreach during Gillibrand’s 2020 presidential campaign, and worked on President Obama’s 2008 campaign. Most recently, as Director of External and Legislative Affairs at AT&T, Magda helped align corporate strategy with community needs - expanding broadband access, launching digital equity programs, and building public-private partnerships that delivered measurable results for underserved communities.

Magda holds a Master of Science in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University’s School of Social Work, where she focused on systems change, program development, and sustainable community planning. That training has grounded her career in a deep understanding of how to design and scale solutions that work - for people, not just institutions. Her ability to connect policy to lived experience makes her a trusted partner to clients navigating complex challenges in highly regulated industries.

A former DACA recipient who immigrated from Haiti at age 7 and became a U.S. citizen at 24, Magda is driven by lived experience and fueled by purpose. She’s a founding member of AfroFest Long Island, a board leader for multiple nonprofit organizations, and a champion for inclusive civic engagement. Her numerous recognitions - including the City & State Power 100, Long Island Press Power List, Long Island Business Influencers, Nassau County Women of Distinction, and Blank Slate Premier Businesswomen Honoree - reflect a lifelong commitment to using power for good.

Magda's extensive experience in legislative advocacy, community engagement, and corporate affairs makes her a powerful advocate for change. Her ability to build coalitions, navigate complex political landscapes, and elevate the voices of underserved communities positions her as an asset in any role. As she continues to advance her career, Magdalonie remains committed to fostering a legacy of empowerment and inclusion, inspiring others to take up the mantle of change.
