Lily Reardon is a Junior Associate at Moxie Strategies, where she supports strategic communications, research, and public affairs initiatives across the firm's client portfolio. With a multidisciplinary background spanning business, marketing, government, public affairs, and digital communications, Lily brings an integrated perspective to solving communications challenges, grounded in understanding organizational objectives, audience behavior, and the broader forces shaping a problem.

Lily graduated from James Madison University's College of Business with a BBA in Marketing, a concentration in Digital Marketing, and a minor in Global Supply Chain Management. Before joining Moxie, she worked with the New Jersey Senate Majority Office, contributing to press releases, executive communications, and statewide media monitoring, and gained agency experience at AgTech PR across integrated marketing, research, and digital strategy. She also spent over a year in communications for JMU's College of Business.

Lily has a strong interest in emerging technology, including AI's applications in agency operations and research. Her technical skill set includes Adobe Certified Professional credentials in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Lily recently relocated to New Jersey from Pennsylvania, and in her free time you can find her on long walks exploring new neighborhoods with no destination in mind.
