Kiah Lattimer

Principal of Public Affairs

Kiah Lattimer is Principal of Public Affairs at Moxie Strategies, where she leads client engagements and builds the government relations, stakeholder, and coalition strategies that turn high stakes challenges into measurable results.

Before joining Moxie, Kiah held senior leadership roles across both the Murphy and Sherrill Administrations, advising executive leadership on public affairs, operations, and cross-agency initiatives. Most recently a Senior Aide coordinating efforts among state agencies, community organizations, and external stakeholders, she also served as Special Assistant to Lieutenant Governor Tahesha Way. Earlier in her tenure, Kiah served as a trusted liaison between the Administration and nonprofits, advocacy groups, faith communities, and local governments, advancing priorities in mental health, disability advocacy, criminal and social justice, youth engagement, and LGBTQ+ equity.

At Moxie, Kiah puts that government insight to work for clients—helping thembuild influential partnerships, navigate legislative and regulatory hurdles,and execute public affairs strategies with confidence and clarity.

Kiah currently serves on the Governor's Council on Mental Health Stigma and the New Jersey Commission on Human Trafficking, advancing statewide efforts around behavioral health access, prevention, and survivor advocacy. A Capella University graduate with a Master of Social Work, she brings a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to every engagement—and a genuine passion for building trust and lasting impact across New Jersey.
