Our team

Kai Williams is a community engagement and social impact professional with experience in volunteer coordination, stakeholder engagement, and nonprofit partnerships. He recently earned his Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Financial Management & Social Entrepreneurship fromRutgers University.

Kai currently serves as the Coordinator of Public Service at TrinitySchool in New York City, a K-12 independent school, and leads institution-wide community engagement initiatives, manages partnerships with local organizations, and oversees mission-driven programming for students and families. His work focuses on building sustainable community partnerships, expanding student access to service learning opportunities, and leading fundraising and donation campaigns.

In addition to his professional experiences, Kai has performed for many years as a color guard performer with world-class ensembles, and has coached marching band and indoor performance ensembles at several NewJersey high schools. Kai is an avid reader and a horror film fanatic.
